Where is my data stored?
SubsCraft keeps your data in a local database on your phone. There is no cloud sync right now, and logging out clears the data on this device — the app shows a clear warning first.
How does the AI recognition work?
Screenshots, text, or voice you choose to submit are sent to SubsCraft servers, parsed by AI, and the result is written back to your phone. Failed jobs do not use credits.
Is the free plan enough?
SubsCraft keeps tracking, reminders, calendar, and insights completely free, with no ads on any plan. AI features come with 5 credits per month; Premium adds 100 AI credits per month, priority AI analysis when the queue is busy, and early access to new features.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
SubsCraft runs in English and Chinese, following your system language. Records can use multiple currencies and are converted at live exchange rates.
How do I cancel Premium?
Cancel Premium through subscription management in the App Store or Google Play. SubsCraft does not process payments on the website.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in to SubsCraft Account Management to delete your account and associated server-side data — the same flow described inside the app.
