Choosing Remind me before renewing only schedules a reminder. It leaves automatic renewal active.
If another Amazon subscription is billed separately
Prime and Prime Video Channels are different products. If the charge is for a channel or another subscription shown on Memberships and Subscriptions, use that product's cancellation route. Ending the main Prime membership should not be presented as cancelling every separate subscription on the Amazon account.
If the statement merchant or amount does not match the Prime membership shown, verify other household Amazon accounts before changing anything.

Amazon says a cancelled free trial keeps its benefits until the trial period ends, then the card is not charged. For paid Australian Prime, a full refund is available if neither the member nor anyone authorised on the account used Prime benefits in the current membership period.
